Submission Deadline:  February 22, 2008

Instructions for Contributors

1.   Paper, abstract, and student paper submissions are due by February 22, 2008.  Notification of acceptance or rejection will be emailed by March 7, 2008.  Accepted papers will be due in final form by March 21, 2008, if they are to appear in the Proceedings.

2.   Submissions must be entered on-line by registering and obtaining a login  and password

3.   All submissions must include the following:

a.   Cover page with:

•     title of submission (title changes will not be allowed at a later date);

•     type of submission (i.e., Refereed Research Paper, Non-Refereed Research Abstract, Student Paper, or proposal for a Workshop, Tutorial, Panel, Symposium, or Colloquium);

•     names, affiliations, phone numbers, and emails of authors

b.   abstract of 250 words or less;

c.   track that best fits the submission; the tracks are listed on the tracks page

4. Abstracts - Abstracts will be reviewed by the track chairs and will be scheduled for presentation as allowed by the meeting schedule.  Anyone submitting an abstract must intend to register for and attend the meeting to present if it is accepted.
